1. Условия допуска к Турниру.

1.1 К Турниру допускаются все желающие, имеющие следующее программное обеспечение:

DCS World (Бета версия, актуальная на момент проведения Турнира);
Купленные и установленные один или несколько модулей: DCS: Ми-24П Hind, DCS: SA342 Gazelle, DCS: Ми-8МТВ2, DCS: UH-1H Huey, DCS Черная Акула 2, DCS Черная Акула 3 или DCS: AH-64D;
Программа голосовой связи Discord;
Программа голосовой связи Skype.

1.2 Для исключения мошенничества к Турниру допускается один участник с одного аккаунта (и в следствие — с одним UCID).

Остальные игроки, которые используют один аккаунт с одним ключом от модулей (перечисленных в п.1.1) для нескольких клиентов (и чей UCID один для всех клиентов одного аккаунта) не будут допущены к Турниру.

2. Порядок проведения Турнира и общие положения.

2.1 Соревнования допускают полеты на следующих типах вертолетов:

Ми-24П
Ка-50 (всех модификаций)
Ми-8МТВ2
UH-1H
AH-64D
SA342L

2.2 Турнир проходит с 27.10.2023 по 3.12.2023

2.3 Турнир является серией полетов на время (“Time Attack”) на трассе Турнира с последовательной очередностью прохождения чек-поинтов/ворот (согласно разд..12).

2.4 Этапы проведения Турнира:

Квалификация.
Финал (Полеты с судейством).

2.5 Все ЛА в Турнире делятся на шесть групп:

2.5.1 В группу “Ка-50” входят:

2.6 Из общего списка всех участников Квалификации на всех ЛА формируется квалификационная сетка Финала, в которую из каждой из 6 групп отбираются по 6 пилотов с лучшими результатами среди ЛА своей группы.

2.8 После оглашения результатов Квалификации, отобранные пилоты указывают на сайте VIRPIL Servers тип ЛА, на котором они будут участвовать в онлайн-части Турнира (в тех группах, где это требуется). При отсутствии информации по смене ЛА, игрок утверждает, что онлайн-часть Турнира в соответствующей группе он будет проходить на ЛА, на котором показал свой лучший квалификационный результат. Изменять тип вертолета во время проведения последующих этапов Турнира запрещается.

2.9 Онлайн часть Турнира проводится в один этап для каждой из 6 групп — Финал (Топ-6х6).

2.10 Квалификация проводится с 27.10.2023 по 26.11.2023.

2.11 Финал (Топ-6х6) для каждой из групп проводится 2.12.2023. Данный этап является заключительным. Будет проводиться стриминг мероприятия и послеполетный опрос пилотов в живом эфире посредством голосовой связи.

2.12 Соревнования проводятся в режиме последовательных полетов на время.

2.13 Порядок полетов определяется согласно времени, показанному на предыдущем этапе Турнира от худшего к лучшему:

В Финале (Топ-6х6) - согласно результатам Квалификации.

2.15 Графический прогресс участников (Турнирная таблица) отображается на портале VIRPIL Servers.

2.16 Распределение призовых мест:

победителем квалификации считается игрок, показавший лучшее время в одной из групп;
первое, второе и третье место места в каждой группе в Турнире занимают участники, показавшие в Финале (Топ-6х6) три лучших результата соответственно;

2.18 Игровыми серверами для проведения квалификации Турнира являются:

Список серверов и их назначение в Турнире не окончательные и могут быть изменены организаторами в процессе проведения Турнира.

2.19 Голосовым сервером для связи игроков и организаторов при проведении Турнира является “VIRPIL Controls Community Servers” Discord Server.

2.20 Официальными языками общения на Турнире во время проведения матчей являются Русский и Английский (международный).

2.21 Финал (Топ-6х6) будет проводиться с онлайн трансляцией на YouTube-канале "VIRPIL Controls" (Раздел 9).

3. Призовой фонд.

3.1 Победителям квалификации в рамках одного модуля присуждаются купоны для магазина VIRPIL Controls на сумму 50€, действительные в течение 3 (трех) месяцев.

3.2 Призерам за 1 место в каждой из 6 групп:

VPC MongoosT-50CM3 Base x1
VPC Rotor TCS Base x1
VPC SharKa-50 Collective Grip x1 или VPC Hawk-60 Collective Grip х1 по выбору пилота.

Или купоны для магазина VIRPIL Controls на сумму 800€, действительные в течение 3 (трех) месяцев.

Чемпион в каждой группе получает любой 1 (один) модуль для DCS World разработки студии Eagle Dynamics на выбор. В качестве призов, участники смогут выбрать модули только разработки Eagle Dynamics. Модули сторонних разработчиков в призовой фонд не включены.

3.3 Призерам за 2 место в каждой из 6 групп:

VPC Rotor TCS Base x1
VPC SharKa-50 Collective Grip x1 или VPC Hawk-60 Collective Grip х1 по выбору пилота.

Или купоны для магазина VIRPIL Controls на сумму 350€, действительные в течение 3 (трех) месяцев.

3.4 Призерам за 3 место в каждой из 6 групп:

Купоны для магазинов VIRPIL Controls на сумму 100€, действительные в течение 3 (трех) месяцев.

3.5 Каждый участник Квалификации может получить купон на сумму 5€ в магазинах VIRPIL Controls, действительный в течение 3 (трех) месяцев.

3.6 Все участники Финала (Топ-6х6) становятся членами VPC Founders Club с безусловной пожизненной скидкой 5% на всю продукцию VIRPIL Controls в официальных магазинах проекта.

3.7 Более подробная информация по призовому фонду: порядок его присвоения, условия выдачи призов и иная дополнительная информация, описаны в Приложении №1 к данному Регламенту.

4. Прием заявок и регистрация участников.

4.1 Каждый игрок желающий принять участие в Турнире обязан зайти на любой из серверов Турнира, указанных в п.2.18, затем пройти трассу, для получения квалификационного результата. Количество квалификационных попыток не ограничено. Квалификация ограничена по времени согласно п.2.10.

4.2 Для подтверждения участия в Турнире, после получения Квалификационного результата, пилот должен зайти на сайт VIRPIL Controls Community Servers и зарегистрироваться на нем, а также заполнить при регистрации следующие поля:

Поля, отмеченные значком * не обязательны, но желательны к заполнению.

С этого момента игрок в считается официальным участником (Турнира), а его текущие и последующие результаты фиксируются организаторами Турнира, как заявочные.

4.3 Регистрация участников Квалификации начинается с момента открытия Турнира и происходит по 26.11.2023 .

4.4 По завершении Квалификации, пилоты прошедшие отбор в следующую стадию, должны подтвердить своё участие в Финале, приняв приглашение в разделе “Уведомления” портала VIRPIL Controls Community Servers.

4.5 Окончательное решение о продолжении участия или дисквалификации участника остается за Главным Арбитром Турнира.

4.6 Подтверждение участников Финала начинается с момента закрытия Квалификации и происходит по 30.11.2023.

4.7 Игровой ник участника должен быть уникальным и может состоять из латинских (классических) и русских символов (включая цифры и спецсимволы). Имена собственные, например, "Алексей", "Коля", "John" и т.п. простые ники запрещены. Заявки с простыми никами не будут приняты к рассмотрению и не попадут в общий список зарегистрированных участников.

5. Квалификация.

5.1 Квалификация является онлайновым автоматизированным отбором участников для участия в Финале (Топ-6x6).

5.2 Квалификация проводится с 27 Октября 2023 по 26 Ноября 2023 включительно.

5.3 Квалификация проводится на официальных DCS World серверах мероприятия (п.5.4). Для участия в ней необходимо пройти трассу соревнования согласно схеме (Раздел 11) с получением итогового не нулевого результата. Не нулевым результатом считается пересечение финишной линии с получением итогового времени. Итог гонки “DNF” (“Не финишировал”) в зачет не идет.

5.4 Сервера Квалификации:

5.5 Получение купона за участие в Квалификации (п. 3.5) происходит автоматически, по завершению Гоночной трассы с получение результата.

Купон отображается в нижней строке результата Гонки.

6. Финал (Топ-6x6). Полеты с судейством.

6.1 Игровым сервером для очной части Турнира является:

VPC Europe Aerobatics & Tournaments (Beta)

6.2 Проводятся два вылета, согласно схеме трассы (Раздел 11) с зачетной лучшей попыткой.

6.3 Если пилот не является на старт за определенное время без объяснения причин, судья снимает его с соревнования.

6.4 Если пилот ограничен какими либо обстоятельствами по времени, он может подать заявку на более ранний или поздний вылет до начала онлайн части Турнира, с разрешения судьи. Заявка должна быть доведена до организаторов посредством электронного письма или текстового сообщения в Discord не позднее 1 дек. 2023 23:59 (МСК / UTC+3). Контакты организаторов Турнира в Разделе 12.

6.5 Максимально допустимый пинг (ping) участника во время проведения очных гонок не должен превышать 300 мс. В случае превышения участником максимального значения пинга, он к очным гонкам не допускается. В таком случае пилоту будет засчитано техническое поражение.

6.6 При однократной потере (у участника) соединения с сервером во время проведения гонки ему засчитывается техническое поражение в гонке. В случае если участник гонки не смог восстановить соединение с сервером в течение 5 минут ему засчитывается техническое поражение на данном этапе Турнира.

6.7 Лаги участников (lags, траекторная стабильность, исчезновение и т.п.) и их влияние на ход гонки оценивается Арбитрами и по их решению участнику может быть засчитано техническое поражение на этапе.

6.8 Порядок проведения гонки:

Перед началом полетов участник и Арбитр должны находиться в системе голосовой связи Discord (в канале “Race”; п.2.19) и на сервере симулятора DCS World (п.п. 2.18, 6.1) проведения встречи;
Арбитр имеет право напомнить участнику основные правила полета и другие выдержки из Регламента на его усмотрение;
Участник должен занять отведенный слот и начать гонку, как только получит устную/текстовую команду Арбитра;
Первичное фиксирование времени круга производится автоматически с помощью скрипта в миссии.
Пропуск любых ворот штрафуется +15 секунд штрафного времени.
Допускается любая настройка систем вертолета штатными средствами симулятора.
Победа в гонке присуждается Арбитром согласно лучшему показанному времени через скрипт миссии и согласно пункту 2.16;
По окончании полетов, Арбитр подает голосовую и/или текстовую команду и участник выходит в наблюдатели.

6.9 В Финале (Топ-6x6), при получении повреждений вертолета, а также возникновения отказов и неисправностей, во время прохождения трассы действуют следующие правила:

Частичная потеря мощности, т.е. отключение одного двигателя на двухдвигательных вертолетах во время прохождения трассы не считается неисправностью, влекущей обнуление результата попытки.
Полная потеря мощности до окончания прохождения трассы считается критической неисправностью и влечет обнуление результата попытки.
После завершения прохождения трассы участник должен иметь возможность совершить мягкую посадку. Крушение вертолета после пересечения финишной черты ведет к обнулению результата.
Окончательное решение по результату попытки при возникновении ситуаций, описанных в данном пункте, выносит Главный Арбитр.

6.10 Начало матча происходит в случае присутствия участника и Линейного Арбитра в голосовом чате Discord (Skype используется как резервная платформа связи).

6.11 Участник по команде Арбитра занимает слот. При условии наличия свободных слотов, а также с разрешения Арбитров, участник может занять слот заранее.

6.12 Арбитр путем устной команды дает разрешение “Взлет по готовности”. Временной лимит на выполнение взлета — 1 мин.

6.13 По истечении отведенного времени или ранее, участник обязан выдвинуться в стартовую зону. Временной лимит на вход в зону с момента взлета — 60 секунд.

6.14 Арбитр, устно подтверждает разрешение пилоту начать прохождение трассы и Арбитром фиксируется начало гонки (например, “Первая зачетная попытка пилота X”).

6.15 После завершения первой попытки, пилоту разрешается заменить свой вертолет методом выхода в зрители и занятия слота или проследовать сразу на стартовую позицию. Проводятся последовательно процедуры из п.п.8.4, 8.5.

6.16 Каждая зачетная попытка продолжается до фиксации скриптом миссии предварительных результатов или падения вертолета участника, включая ситуации с ошибками в пилотировании и как следствие столкновением с землей или посадкой на землю. А также команды Арбитра в голосовом чате: “Попытка завершена, выйти в наблюдатели / Attempt completed, join spectators”.

6.17 После завершения гонки, Арбитр проверяет точное время участника, определенное скриптом миссии, с учетом допущенных им ошибок и формирует итоговый временной результат полета.

6.18 Результат фиксируется в зачетной таблице.

7. Арбитраж Турнира. Права и обязанности.

7.1 Главным Арбитром Турнира назначен — 2BAG_Inferno (Денис).

Линейными Арбитрами назначены следующие лица:

3. =[:-)]=Dell_Murrey-RUS (Дмитрий);

7.2 Арбитры Турнира отвечают за исполнение данного Регламента всеми участниками Турнира.

7.3 Главный Арбитр имеет право отстранять от работы Линейных Арбитров и является высшей инстанцией в разрешении спорных ситуаций, как между Линейными Арбитрами, так и между участниками.

7.4 Главный Арбитр может решать конфликтные ситуации, не предусмотренные данным Регламентом.

7.5 Арбитры имеют следующие права:

Выдавать предупреждения участникам в случае легких нарушений (не более двух предупреждений за весь Турнир);
Отстранять участников от Турнира в случае превышения лимитов их предупреждений;
Отстранять без объяснения причин участников, грубо нарушивших данный Регламент (оскорбления в чате, голосовом сервере Discord или Skype и т.п.).
Арбитражная коллегия или один из Арбитров в спорной ситуации имеет право потребовать от участника дополнительных данных для объективного контроля (включая трэк полета (*.trk) и прочие доступные в DCS World средства);
Главный Арбитр вправе рассматривать и/или отказывать в рассмотрении жалоб со стороны участников.

7.6 Арбитры имеют следующие обязанности:

Следить за соблюдением правил постоянно и беспристрастно на всем протяжении Турнира;
Коллегия Арбитров, наравне с организаторами обязана вести полный учет результатов всех матчей на сайте VIRPIL Controls Community Servers.

7.7 Легкими нарушениями считаются:

Целенаправленное искажение языка общения в голосовом чате;
Заход на сервер проведения матча с ником не соответствующим заявленному при регистрации. Использование ников содержащих в себе технические слова типа "Server", "Admin", аналогичные им и их вариации.
Покидание кабины и/или выход в наблюдатели до команды Арбитра.

7.8 Грубыми нарушениями считаются:

Игнорирование требований Арбитра, находящегося на сервере;
Заход на сервер проведения матча с ником содержащим прямое или косвенное оскорбление, являющимся ругательством, или допускающим двусмысленное толкование.
Использование любых модификаций симулятора DCS World и его модулей.
Умышленные повреждения объектов трассы или ЛА других участников.
Явное и преднамеренное нарушение правил прохождения трассы.

8. Организаторы. Права и обязанности.

8.1 Обязанности организаторов:

Предоставить площадку (сервер DCS) для проведения Турнира (п.2.16);
Своевременно доводить необходимую информацию до участников посредством сайта VIRPIL Controls Community Servers;
Вести полный учет результатов всех матчей на сайте VIRPIL Controls Community Servers.

8.2 Права организаторов:

Организаторы вправе отстранить участника квалификации или очных этапов Турнира при обнаружении серьезных нарушений или в случае действий, препятствующих проведению Турнира, не описанных в данном Регламенте.
Организаторы имеют право досрочно завершить Турнир без распределения призового фонда в случае наступления обстоятельств непреодолимого характера.

9. Участники Турнира. Права и обязанности.

9.1 Права участников:

Участник вправе обжаловать решение Линейного Арбитра обратившись (устно через голосовую систему Discord) к Главному Арбитру Турнира в течение часа после вынесения решения Линейным Арбитром. В таком случае, участник обязан четко изложить суть претензии. По истечении этого срока, обжаловать результаты невозможно.

9.2 Обязанности участников:

Предоставить требуемые данные при регистрации согласно разделу 4;
Предоставлять данные, запрошенные Арбитрами (судейской коллегией) согласно пункту 7.5;
Быть готовым к проведению матча в обозначенное расписанием Турнира время, включая собственную явку, как в голосовую систему Discord, так и на указанный DCS World-сервер матча (п.2.18).
Быть готовым к послематчевому интервьюированию с трансляцией интервью на целевые стриминг-сервисы Турнира (п. 2.21, Раздел 10).
Соблюдать правила пребывания на серверах, обозначенных организаторами как площадки проведения этапов Турнира.

9.3 Участникам запрещается:

В любых средств общения, официально используемых при проведении Турнира, оскорблять каким-либо образом других участников Турнира.
Проявлять нетерпимость на основании этнических, религиозных или политических взглядов.
Использовать избыточное количество сообщений в чатах.
Использовать публичные разделы и чаты для обсуждения личных вопросов.

1. Conditions of admission to the Tournament.

1.1 Anyone who has the following software is allowed to participate in the Tournament:

DCS World (Beta version, actual at the time of the Tournament);
Purchased and installed one or more modules: DCS: Ми-24П Hind, DCS: SA342 Gazelle, DCS: Mi-8MTV2, DCS: UH-1H Huey, DCS Black Shark 2, DCS Black Shark 3 orDCS: AH-64D;
Voice communication program Discord;
Voice communication program Skype.

1.2 To avoid fraud, one participant from one account (and, as a result, with one UCID) is allowed to participate in the Tournament.

Other players who use one account with one key to the modules (listed in clause 1.1) for several clients (and whose UCID is the same for all clients of one account) will not be allowed to participate in the Tournament.

2. The procedure for holding the Tournament and general provisions.

2.1 The competition allows flights on the following types of helicopters:

2.2 The tournament runs from October 27th, 2023 till December 3rd, 2023.

2.3 The Tournament is a series of timed flights (“Time Attack”) on the Tournament race track with a sequential order of passing checkpoints/gates (according to Section 12).

2.4 Stages of the Tournament:

Qualification.
Final (Top-6x6).

2.5 All aircraft in the Tournament are divided into six groups:

2.5.1 The Ka-50 group includes:

2.6 From the general list of all Qualification participants on all aircraft, a Final qualification grid is formed, into which 6 pilots with the best results among the aircraft of their group are selected.

2.8 After the announcement of the results of the Qualification, the selected pilots indicate on the VIRPIL Servers website the type of aircraft in which they will participate in the online part of the Tournament (in those groups where this is required). It is prohibited to change the type of helicopter during subsequent stages of the Tournament.

2.9 The online part of the Tournament is held in one stage for each of the 6 groups — the Final (Top 6x6).

2.10 Qualification runs from October 27th, 2023 to November 26th, 2023.

2.11 The Final (Top 6x6) for each group is held on December 2nd, 2023. This stage is the final one. The event will be streamed and a post-flight survey of pilots will be conducted live via voice communication.

2.12 Competitions are held in the mode of successive flights.

2.13 The order of flights is determined according to the results shown at the previous stage of the Tournament from worst to best:

3. Prize fund.

3.6 All participants in the Final (Top 6x6) become members of the VPC Founders Club with an unconditional lifetime 5% discount on all VIRPIL Controls products in the official webstores of the project.

3.7 More detailed information on the prize fund (the procedure for assigning it, conditions for issuing prizes and other additional information) is described in Appendix No. 1 to these Regulations.

4. Acceptance of applications and registration of participants.

4.1 Each player who wants to take part in the Tournament is required to go to any of the Tournament servers specified in clause 2.18, then complete the course to obtain a qualifying result. The number of qualifying attempts is not limited. Qualification is limited in time according to clause 2.10.

4.2 To confirm participation in the Tournament, after receiving the Qualification result, the pilot must go to the VIRPIL Controls Community Servers website and register on it, and also fill out the following fields when registering:

Fields marked with * are not required, but are recommended to be filled in.

From this moment on, the player is considered an official participant (of the Tournament), and his current and subsequent results are recorded by the Tournament organizers as entry results.

4.3 Registration of Qualification participants begins from the opening of the Tournament and occurs until November 26th, 2023.

4.4 Upon completion of Qualification, pilots who have qualified for the next stage must confirm their participation in the Final (Top-6x6) by accepting the invitation in the “Notifications” section of the VIRPIL Controls Community Servers portal.

4.5 The final decision on continued participation or disqualification of a participant remains with the Chief Arbiter of the Tournament.

4.6 Confirmation of Final participants begins from the moment the Qualification closes and continues until November 30th, 2023.

4.7 The participant's game nickname must be unique and can consist of Latin (classical) and Russian characters (including numbers and special characters). Proper names, for example, “Alex”, “Dan”, “John”, etc. Simple nicknames are prohibited. Applications with simple nicknames will not be accepted for consideration and will not be included in the general list of registered participants.

5. Qualification.

5.1 Qualification is an online automated selection of participants to participate in the Final (Top 6x6).

5.2 Qualification runs from October 27th, 2023 to November 26th, 2023.

5.3 Qualification is held on the official DCS World servers of the event (clause 5.4). To participate in it, pilot must go through the race track according to the scheme (Section 11) with a final non-zero result. A non-zero result is considered to be crossing the finish line and obtaining the final time. The race result “DNF” (“Did Not Finish”) does not count.

5.5 Receiving a coupon for participation in Qualification (clause 3.5) occurs automatically upon completion of the Race Course and receipt of the result.

The coupon is displayed in the bottom line of the Race result.

6. Final (Top 6x6).

6.1 The game server for the face-to-face part of the Tournament is:

6.2 Two flights are carried out according to the course diagram (Section 11) with the best attempt counting.

6.3 If a pilot fails to show up at the start line within a certain time without explanation, the Arbiter removes him from the competition.

6.4 If the pilot is limited by any circumstances in terms of time, he can apply for an earlier or later departure before the start of the online part of the Tournament, with the permission of the Arbiter. The application must be communicated to the organizers via email or text message on Discord no later than December 1st, 2023 20:59 (UTC). Contacts of the Tournament organizers are in Section 12.

6.5 The maximum permissible ping of a participant during head-to-head racing must not exceed 300 ms. If a participant exceeds the maximum ping value, he is not allowed to participate in head-to-head racing. In this case, the pilot will be given a technical defeat.

6.6 If a participant loses his connection to the server once during the race, he will be given a technical defeat in the race. If a race participant is unable to restore the connection to the server within 5 minutes, he is given a technical defeat at this stage of the Tournament.

6.7 Lags of participants (lags, trajectory stability, disappearance, etc.) and their impact on the course of the race are assessed by the Arbitrators and, by their decision, the participant may be given a technical defeat at the stage.

6.8 Race order:

Before the start of flights, the participant and the Arbiter must be in the Discord voice communication system (in the “Race” channel; clause 2.19) and on the DCS World simulator server (clauses 2.18, 6.1) of the meeting;
The arbitrator has the right to remind the participant of the basic flight rules and other excerpts from the Regulations at his discretion;
The competitor must occupy the allocated slot and begin the race as soon as he receives a verbal/text command from the Referee;
The initial recording of the lap time is done automatically using a script in the mission.
Missing any goal is penalized with a +15 second penalty time.
Any adjustment of helicopter systems using standard simulator tools is allowed.
Victory in the race is awarded by the Arbiter according to the best time shown through the mission script and in accordance with clause 2.16;
At the end of the flights, the Arbiter gives a voice and/or text command and the participant becomes an observer.

6.9 In the Final (Top 6x6), if the helicopter receives damage, as well as failures and malfunctions, the following rules apply while passing the route:

Partial loss of power, i.e. turning off one engine on twin-engine helicopters while passing the route is not considered a malfunction resulting in the result of the attempt being reset to zero.
A complete loss of power before completing the route is considered a critical malfunction and results in the result of the attempt being reset to zero.
After completing the route, the participant must be able to make a soft landing. A helicopter crash after crossing the finish line will reset the result.
The final decision on the result of an attempt when situations described in this paragraph arise is made by the Chief Arbiter.

6.10 The start of the race occurs if the participant and the Linear Arbiter are present in the Discord voice chat (Skype is used as a backup communication platform).

6.11 A participant on the Arbiter’s command takes a slot. Subject to the availability of free slots, and with the permission of the Arbitrators, a participant may occupy a slot in advance.

6.12 The Arbitrator, by means of a verbal command, gives permission to “Take off when ready.” The time limit for taking off is 60 seconds.

6.13 After the allotted time has expired or earlier, the participant must fly to the starting zone. The time limit for entering the zone from the moment of takeoff is 60 seconds.

6.14 The referee verbally confirms permission for the pilot to begin passing the course and the referee records the start of the race (for example, “First qualifying attempt of pilot X”).

6.15 After completing the first attempt, the pilot is allowed to replace his helicopter by entering the spectators and occupying a slot, or proceed directly to the starting position. The procedures from clauses 8.4, 8.5 are carried out sequentially.

6.16 Each qualifying attempt continues until the mission script records the preliminary results or the participant’s helicopter crashes, including situations with errors in piloting and, as a result, a collision with the ground or landing on the ground. As well as the Arbiter’s commands in the voice chat: “Attempt completed, join spectators.”

6.17 After the race is completed, the Arbiter checks the exact time of the participant, determined by the mission script, taking into account the mistakes he made and generates the final time result of the flight.

6.18 The result is recorded in the score table.

7. Arbitration of the Tournament. Rights and obligations.

7.1 The Chief Arbiter of the Tournament is 2BAG_Inferno (Denis).

The following persons have been appointed as Linear Arbitrators:

7.2 The Tournament Arbitrators are responsible for the implementation of these Regulations by all Tournament participants.

7.3 The Chief Arbiter has the right to remove Linear Arbiters from work and is the highest authority in resolving disputes both between Linear Arbiters and between participants.

7.4 The Chief Arbiter may resolve conflict situations not covered by these Rules.

7.5 Arbitrators have the following rights:

Issue warnings to participants in case of minor violations (no more than two warnings for the entire Tournament);
To remove participants from the Tournament if their warning limits are exceeded;
Suspend, without explanation, participants who grossly violated these Regulations (insults in chat, voice server Discord or Skype, etc.).
In a disputable situation, the Arbitration Panel or one of the Arbiters has the right to require additional data from the participant for objective control (including the flight track (*.trk) and other means available in DCS World);
The Chief Arbiter has the right to consider and/or refuse to consider complaints from participants.

7.6 The arbitrators have the following duties:

Monitor compliance with the rules constantly and impartially throughout the Tournament;
The Panel of Arbitrators, along with the organizers, is obliged to keep a full record of the results of all matches on the VIRPIL Controls Community Servers website.

7.7 Mild violations are considered:

Purposeful distortion of the language of communication in voice chat;
Entering the match server with a nickname that does not match the one stated during registration. The use of nicknames containing technical words such as “Server”, “Admin”, similar ones and their variations.
Leaving the cockpit and/or becoming an observer before the Arbiter’s command.

7.8 The following are considered gross violations:

Ignoring the requirements of the Arbitrator located on the server;
Entering the match server with a nickname containing a direct or indirect insult, being a curse word, or allowing for an ambiguous interpretation.
Use of any modifications of the DCS World simulator and its modules.
Intentional damage to track objects or aircraft of other participants.
Clear and deliberate violation of the rules of the race track.

8. Organizers. Rights and obligations.

8.1 Responsibilities of the organizers:

Provide a platform (DCS server) for holding the Tournament (clause 2.16);
Providing necessary information to participants through the VIRPIL Controls Community Servers website in a timely manner;
Keep a complete record of the results of all matches on the VIRPIL Controls Community Servers website.

8.2 Organizers' rights:

The organizers have the right to remove a participant from the qualification or in-person stages of the Tournament if serious violations are detected or in the event of actions that impede the conduct of the Tournament that are not described in these Regulations.
The organizers have the right to end the Tournament early without distributing the prize fund in the event of circumstances beyond their control.

9. Participants of the Tournament. Rights and obligations.

9.1 Participants' rights:

The participant has the right to appeal the decision of the Linear Arbiter by contacting (orally via the Discord voice system) the Chief Arbiter of the Tournament within an hour after the decision is made by the Linear Arbiter. In this case, the participant is obliged to clearly state the essence of the complaint. After this period, it is impossible to appeal the results.

9.2 Responsibilities of participants:

Provide the required data upon registration in accordance with section 4;
Provide data requested by the Arbiters in accordance with clause 7.5;
Be ready to conduct the race at the time indicated by the Tournament schedule, including his own appearance, both in the Discord voice system and on the specified DCS World match server (clause 2.18).
Be prepared for post-match interviewing with broadcasting of the interview to the streaming services of the Tournament (clause 2.21, Section 10).
Comply with the rules of staying on servers designated by the organizers as sites for holding stages of the Tournament.

9.3 Participants are prohibited from:

In any means of communication officially used during the Tournament, insult in any way other participants of the Tournament.
Show intolerance based on ethnic, religious or political views.
Use an excessive number of messages in chats.
Use public sections and chats to discuss personal issues.

Eagle Dynamics

Студия Игл Дайнемикс (Eagle Dynamics).

Позднее симуляция самолета Су-27 получила свое продолжение и в игре «Lock On: Современная боевая авиация», в которой появились также и новые модели летательных аппаратов — Су-25, МиГ-29, F-15C и A-10A и др. В 2005 году было издано продолжение — «Lock On: Горячие скалы», а 25 марта 2010 года отправилась «на золото» усовершенствованная версия под названием «Lock On: Горячие скалы 2».

В данный момент компания занимается разработкой серии «Digital Combat Simulator», которая имеет модульную систему. Digital Combat Simulator World (DCS World) это бесплатная компьютерная игра - военный авиасимулятор, сфокусированный на боевых действиях в воздухе. Игра включает бесплатные самолеты: штурмовик Су-25Т и невооруженный TF-51D Mustang, а также может расширяться дополнительными модулями с летательными аппаратами и наземной техникой. Клуб Веселых Пилотов

Клуб Весёлых Пилотов" объединяет любителей и энтузиастов авиации, как реальной, так и виртуальной. Наиболее развита и интересна как раз виртуальная часть клуба, поскольку реальные полёты на реальных самолётах достаточно дорогостоящее удовольствие, которое не каждый может себе позволить.

104th Phoenix VFBS

104th Phoenix VFBS была сформирована в феврале 2007 года близкими друзьями Эдом «Манаваром» Грином и Полом «PoleCat» Джонстоном. До этого они были давними членами 169th Panthers. VIRPIL Controls

VPC (VirPil Controls) was started in 2016 by Andrei Lukyanov, a long time flight sim enthusiast in Belarus. The VPC team comprises designers, engineers, software developers and virtual pilots from Belarus, Russia and the UK. Eagle Dynamics

Eagle Dynamics is a software development company that was established in 1991. Eagle's first simulation was Su-27 Flanker for the PC in 1995. This was later followed by Su-27 Flanker 2 and then Su-27 Flanker 2.5. Eagle's next simulation series was Lock On: Modern Air Combat that included eight different US and Russian aircraft. Add-ons to Lock On: Modern Air Combat includes the Flaming Cliffs series (1 and 2), that added the Su-25T ground attack aircraft and many new improvements.

The current development series for Eagle Dynamics is Digital Combat Simulator (DCS) World. Digital Combat Simulator World (DCS World) is a free-to-play digital battlefield game. Our dream is to offer the most authentic and realistic simulation of military aircraft, tanks and ships possible. The free download includes a vast mission area of the Caucasus region and Black Sea that encompasses much of Georgia. It also includes the flyable Russian Sukhoi Su-25T ground attack aircraft and the famous WWII North American TF-51D fighter.

The download comes with one of the most powerful mission planners ever designed, full network play and more than 145 AI weapons systems, 113 ground vehicles and trains, 16 Ships and 73 AI aircraft permitting you to plan and play highly sophisticated missions. DCS World is massively extensible through additional DCS modules as well as user-made add-ons and mods which you can purchase and download from our site.

DCS is a true "sandbox" simulation that is also designed to cover multiple time periods of interest such as WWII, Vietnam, Gulf War and others.

DCS World is fundamentally a deep, authentic and realistic simulation game designed also to offer a more relaxed game play to suit the user and his particular level of experience and training. The ambition is to hand hold users from novice pilot all the way to the most advanced and sophisticated operator of such complex weapons systems as the A-10C or the Mirage 2000C. The only next step is the real thing!

104th Phoenix VFBS

The 104th Phoenix VFBS was formed in February 2007 by close friends Ed “Manawar” Green and Paul “PoleCat” Johnston. Before this they were long standing members of the 169th Panthers. This is where their love for combat flight simulations began. Over these early years Paul and Ed grew from cadets to share the second in command role as squadron leaders of the 169th. Through this experience they developed their own leadership style and the vision to form a squadron of their own was born.

Today the 104th Phoenix VFBS is still going strong with a solid time tested and stable infrastructure in place consisting of our own multiplayer dedicated and TeamSpeak 3 servers as well as an excellent website and forums. The 104th regularly hosts and participates in online multiplayer events for the ED/DCS flight simulation community and some of our members are part of the DCS beta testing team.

Since its conception The 104th Phoenix has been flying and supporting virtually all ED/DCS titles starting with LOMAC and Flaming Cliffs right up to the latest releases. These titles included Lock On Flaming Cliffs 1.2, Flaming Cliffs 2, Black Shark, Black Shark 2, and A-10C. Our new simulator of choice is DCS World which features most of the above mentioned titles in the form of plug in modules as well as an updated Flaming Cliffs 3, Combined Arms module, P-51 Mustang, UH-1 Huey, Mi8 and more.

The one thing that makes the 104th so special is our membership and the friendships we have developed within the squad and the community at large. We are blessed to have some of the best skilled pilots that fly a mix of both fighters and strike aircraft. With a focus on teamwork and professionalism in and out of the cockpit the 104th Phoenix VFBS shows no signs of slowing down any time soon.

В прошедшее воскресенье завершилась Квалификация турнира Shadow’s Trophy 2023! Почти 400 пилотов из более чем 30 стран мира стали её участниками! За месяц, отведенный на данный этап, суммарное количество результатов превысило 13 000!

Организаторы Турнира благодарят всех пилотов, рискнувших испытать свои силы на треке! Надеемся, что приобретенный опыт не раз пригодится вам как в полетах мирного неба, так и в боевых ситуациях!

Для тех же, кто усиленно тренировался, чтобы оказаться на верхних строчках рейтинга и получить больше шансов пройти в Финал, настала пора принятия решений! Несмотря на то, что участвовать в Квалификации можно было на нескольких типах одновременно, борьбу за Чемпионство можно продолжить только в одной группе!!

The Qualification for the Shadow’s Trophy 2023 Tournament ended last Sunday! Almost 400 pilots from more than 30 countries around the world became its participants! During the month allotted for this stage, the total number of results exceeded 13,000!

The Tournament Team thanks all the pilots who dared to test their strength on the race track! We hope that the experience gained will be useful to you more than once, both in peaceful flights and in combat situations!

For those who trained hard to be at the top of the rankings and have a good chance of making it to the Finals, it’s time to make decisions! Despite the fact that it was possible to participate in Qualification in several Groups at the same time, the fight for the Championship can only be continued in one Group!

The Final (Top 6x6) of the Tournament will take place on Saturday, December 2, 2023 at 17:00 UTC.

From November 27th to November 30th, the Shadow’s Trophy 2023 Tournament Team will be sending out invitations to participate in the Final (Top 6x6)! On the virpil-servers.com website, users with the best results will receive notifications in which they can confirm their readiness to battle for the Championship in the selected Group!

We remind you that to receive a notification, you must be registered on the VIRPIL Controls Community Servers website and have a linked DCS World account.

For those who for some reason have not yet registered, you can do so now. Linking your DCS World account may be done in the user profile!

Invitations will be sent out in several stages, starting from group leaders, so carefully follow the notifications in your account and check email specified in your profile!

Команда VIRPIL Controls объявляет об открытии ежегодного гоночного вертолетного турнира Shadow’s Trophy сезона 2023-го года!
Начиная с сегодняшнего дня, 27 Октября, и по 26 Ноября проходит первый этап — Квалификация пилотов для участия в Финале.

В этом году правила и трасса претерпели ряд изменений, что, на наш взгляд, повысит привлекательность Турнира для участников.

Трасса.
Первая часть, змейка, требующая от нацеленного на высокий результат пилота, не только глубоких знаний аэродинамики и лётных характеристик, но и большего опыта управления вертолётами, осталась в прежнем виде.

Новой изюминкой трассы стала хитрая перекладка во второй половине дистанции. Идеальная траектория возможна только при правильном выборе скорости и точки входа.

При этом гоночный трэк сохранил возможность получить удовольствие и потренироваться в пилотировании и опытным, и начинающим пилотам!

Самым важным изменением, о котором мы уже говорили ранее, стало увеличение количества групп, и теперь оно равно количеству модулей вертолётов в DCS World:

То есть, если участник по итогам Квалификации занял одно из первых шести мест в различных категориях, ему предоставляется право выбрать категорию вертолёта для Финала. Результат Квалификации такого пилота в других категориях будет аннулирован, и состав участников в этих категориях будет определяться без его учёта результата этого пилота.

И, конечно, главное, что всегда интересует сообщество претендентов, — это Призовой Фонд.

The VIRPIL Controls team is pleased to announce the opening of our annual helicopter racing tournament; the Shadow’s Trophy Tournament for the 2023 season! Starting from today - 27th October, until November 26th November, pilots can take part in the qualifying stage.

This year the rules and the course have undergone a number of changes, which aim to increase the attractiveness of the tournament to all participants!

Race track:
The first part, the snake, which requires not only deep knowledge of aerodynamics and flight characteristics, but also good rotary-wing piloting experience to achieve with speed, has remained the same.

A new highlight of the route was the tricky chicane in the second half of the course. An ideal trajectory is only possible with the correct choice of speed and entry point.

At the same time, the racing track retained the opportunity for both experienced and novice pilots to have fun and practice flying!

The most important change, which we already talked about earlier, was the increase in the number of groups, and now it is equal to the number of helicopter modules in DCS World:

This year a pilot is allowed to participate in only one Final. That is, if a participant, based on the results of the Qualification, took one of the first six places in various categories, they are able to choose the helicopter category they will fly for the Final. The Qualification result of such a pilot in other categories will be canceled, and the composition of the participants in these categories will be determined without taking into account the result of this pilot.

This will allow more pilots to take part without seeing the same names flying in all categories!

And, of course, the main thing that the applicant community is always interested in is the Prize Fund.
